Try to get into a neutral (if not positive) headspace if you can, rather than a negative one, keep the positive energy flowing through you and your body.  Take time out for yourself, and let Heather know that her comments are not helpful for you. Sometimes it can be difficult, but it&#039;s important to create boundaries for those around you to protect your sense of wellbeing.</description>
